            At Spotlight's digital transformation helm, I managed the product design initiatives encompassing the launch of their Premium offering, new iOS App, and rebranding initiative for over 90,000 members. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I employed agile methodology and rapid prototyping to support product-led design decisions; while interviews, demos, focus groups, and workshops with industry leaders and department heads ensured a user-centric approach.
